Studio Blanc House Rules

• Booking hours is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM only. Php 2,000 will be charged per hour for bookings scheduled from 12:00 am - 6:00 am.

• Vaccination cards are required upon entry of the building.

​

• Downpayment is non-refundable.

​

• Furniture and decor such as vases, sofa, coffee table, mirrors, refrigerator cannot be moved from its place. Everything in the studio must be handled with care. Client shall be liable for any item or furniture damaged or stained during Client’s booking.

​

• The Client can bring in no more than 15 people at any given time inside the studio premises.

​

• There shall be no smoking or vaping anywhere within the premises. Those who will not follow will be asked to step out of the premises.

​

• Client shall keep Studio Blanc clean and in order. All props in the studio are for rent. Props cannot be moved from its shelf/area if not rented by the client.

​

• Client shall collect all trash and wrap them in trash bags provided by our staff. The studio staff shall be responsible for taking the trash bags to the basement receptacles.

​

• Add-on items available for rent are subject to additional charges. Client shall be liable for any rented add-on item damaged during Client’s booking.​

​

• Every booking shall be for a minimum of four (4) hours.

​

• Client is given ingress and egress periods of 30 minutes respectively. Such periods shall be non-chargeable to Client’s booked hours.

​

• All background colors are subject to an additional charge of ₱1,000 per background.

​

• Food items shall be kept on the designated tables. Eating, fixing, or otherwise placing food on the couch is not allowed.

​

• If you will be bringing pets, please inform us before booking.

​

• Client may use the Bluetooth speakers provided by Studio Blanc. However, playing very loud music, making very loud noises, or behaving in any manner that is unlawful, disorderly, or that disturbs the neighboring offices or other persons are not allowed.

​

• Client shall not keep or have at or around the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive nature that might unreasonably increase the risk of fire or explosion at or around the Premises.

​

• Client shall abide by, and shall cause Client’s family members, occupants, guests and other invitees to abide by all house rules. Client shall be solely responsible and liable for the conduct of all of Client’s occupants, guests and other invitees.

​

• There are parking slots around the One Roxas Square complex but they are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

​

• Please be informed that there are two CCTV cameras installed in the studio for security purposes.
